Snu & Matthew

Panic in the Streets of Ghent! Hang the deejay, Hang the deejay! It could have been a song by The Smiths, but it describes equally well the early career of Snu & Matthew. After some years in which Matthew felt the musical thorn in his side, he met Snu. A mutual friend introduced them in a pub in Ghent. They talked about the noise, and how it’s hard to hear your own voice above the sub-bass.

They seemed to share a love for music and a passion for beats. “I have been taught well” Snu once declared on how he got involved in deejaying. “When I am Plato, Matthew’s my Socrates.” Snu got his PhD in Deejaying from Matthew eight years ago, and from that moment they started doing gigs together.
